CHAPTER ONE:
HALLOWEEN INTRODUCTION
Satan
is a sneaky devil! He does not have any real power or authority over the born-again believer unless the
believer gives it to him. He is a deceiver and will trick you into doing things
that make you think that you are going to get a treat. One of satan’s greatest
deceptions is Halloween!
Halloween is a night when people
dress up as witches, ghosts, ghouls, animals, princesses, clowns, angels,
fairies, doctors, monsters, and anything else they can think of and get a
costume for! Children go knocking on doors saying “Trick or treat!” and get
their bags filled with candy. Adults and children go to parties that have
coffins, skeletons, and all the usual scary, gory decorations that they love so
much. It is a time when people have fun scaring themselves and others with
spooky soundtracks, evil costumes, screeching witch dolls and bins of greasy,
slippery substances that people stick their hands into inside the haunted
houses.
Despite all of this so-called ‘fun’, this is a
night of horror. Witches and satanists gather in their covens and groups
performing animal and human sacrifices to satan, whom they worship. Some of
them pray for children to be harmed or killed as sacrifices to their god. It is
the time of year when satanic power is at it’s highest!
Many people are not aware of these
satanic activities which occur in October, and how these activities can harm
them if they participate in Halloween celebrations ‘just for the fun of it’.
(“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge....” Hosea 4:6a).
Many people do have knowledge about these evil activities, but choose to ignore
the facts. They expose themselves and their children to all kinds of evil
consequences (“....because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject
thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of
Yahuwah, I will also forget thy children.” Hosea 4:6b). What is
the law of Yahuwah? Here are answers from both the Old and New Testaments:
Deuteronomy
10:12-17
“And
now, Israel, what doth Yahuwah thy God require of thee, but to fear Yahuwah thy
God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve
Yahuwah thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, To keep
the commandments of Yahuwah, and his statutes, which I command thee
this day for thy good? Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is
Yahuwahs, the earth also, with all that therein is. Only Yahuwah had a delight
in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above
all people, as it is this day. Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your
heart, and be no more stiffnecked. For Yahuwah your God is God of gods, and
Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not
persons, nor taketh reward.”
Matthew
22:37-40
“Yahushuwa said unto him, Thou shalt love
Yahuwah thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with
all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is
like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two
commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”
In
Mark 12:31 it says there is no other commandment greater than these.
Yahuwah wants us to fear (respect) Him, walk in His ways (not our ways), and
keep His commandments for our own good. He wants our hearts set apart for Him.
Our stubbornness must cease. He wants us to love and serve Him with everything
we are (our spirit, emotions, will, mind, body), and He wants us to love others
as we love ourselves.
Halloween
is a demonic holiday. In this book I will show you how that if you are
participating in Halloween, or other occult or ungodly activities, you are
breaking these commandments of Yahuwah and opening up yourself and your family
for much pain and sorrow, and for separation from Yahuwah. Halloween is profane
and unclean. Many people do not know the difference and think it is clean. This
book will teach you the difference. I will explain the things associated with
Halloween, where they originated, what they mean today, how they can affect
you, and how to get set free from the effects of them!
Ezekiel
44:23-24
“And
they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and
cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean. And in
controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to
my judgments: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine
assemblies; and they shall hallow my sabbaths.”
Doreen Irvine was a high priestess witch in the British Isles, and is now a believer. She stated that if Christians knew what Halloween is really about they would not even mention the word around their children.
You may be wondering why
someone would say this. One writer said, “The Feast of All Souls (November
First, the day after Halloween) under a thin Christian cloak conceals an
ancient pagan festival of the dead.”1 You will be a healthier, happier child of Yahuwah, and a much better priest to family members and neighbors, if you do not
participate in any way in the occult. Those who do may suffer much sickness and
grief because of it. Actually, those who do will not make it into Yahuwah's kingdom!
When
we really love others with Yahuwah’s love, we will not do anything that we know
will harm them or draw them away from Yahuwah. In fact, our goal should be to
only do things that will help them draw closer to their Heavenly Father. My hope
is that this book will help you draw closer to your Father in Heaven and cause
you to give up anything that would hinder your relationship with Him!
You
will learn all about Halloween and its origins very soon. But first, let’s take
a journey through a REAL haunted house! Chapter Two is for people who are not
born-again believers and do not really want to be. It is for the people who
mock those who try to live for Yahuwah, as well as for those who say they are
believers but live in sin. It is also for people who love to party as well as
love to celebrate Halloween. However, if you do not fit into one of these
categories, you are welcome to read this chapter anyway!

names of our Heavenly Father (Yahuwah) and Messiah (Yahushuwa instead of
